    This was my first class at melt and it did not disappoint, Liz was wonderful! The room was warm, Liz went through each step in detail and made sure everyone was doing the moves right, and telling us where exactly we should be feeling the burn, and man did it burn, but in the best way possible.     I've done about 4 classes at cycle bar so far. Today I needed help adjusting my seat which I've been nervous about asking for help, but they were so kind. I was able to properly stand up while cycling today! So that's a win for me!

    This studio is truly so special! Amber has been so intentional in building the experience at the studio, an incredible team of instructors, and the most inviting, welcoming community. I hit my 50 classes today and Brooke made me feel so celebrated and proud of myself! As someone who never enjoyed cycling before, cycling at AYA has quickly become my favorite workout. I can't say enough good things about how kind, uplifting and positive every instructor is. This studio has shifted my mindset around exercise and makes me always look forward to my next class! Love this place!!

    Such a good class! Stacey has been doing this unique work-out-ball class for 20+ years as something he came up after being a physical therapist and it shows!! The class took core strength, balance, mobility and fun to a whole new level. I couldn’t stop smiling. I felt very encouraged by my fellow classmates as well. Very welcoming and encouraging. Definitely want to come back and bring friends! So different!

    TAYLOR SWIFT BLACKOUT RIDE

    The staff and the instructor were super nice and the facility was well kept and felt clean. Lilly made sure I was comfortable with the bike and the layout of the class before we got started. And obviously amazing music with the Taylor Swift theme!!! I think this would be a great class for someone new at cycling. My only “complaint” is that I didn’t like that there was no way to self monitor your individual progress and what was expected from us in terms of the resistance on the bike felt a little random compared to other cycle classes i’ve taken. Being able to monitor that progress is what motivates me through classes like that so I didn’t feel like l pushed myself as much as I normally do. Overall great class though and I would definitely go back!
