see all reviewsI love what studio glow is about. Liz is an amazing ray of sunshine. She’s incredible and passionate about what she does. There are moments where you just break out and do your own dance. Also a couple of little moments with weights for toning. It’s a great exercise, too! My only feedback is that I need a bit more cueing to learn the dances. Sometimes liz changes what she’s doing but doesn’t cue you verbally to change, you just have to be watching Liz. She also did not teach the moves prior to the music starting, so I feel like I have to be looking at Liz the whole time. It made for an overwhelming class where I felt I trying to keep up with Liz and couldn’t be more independent and let loose. With a bit more communication and instruction, this would’ve been a perfect experience!
