I was told that the Sunday morning classes are a little slower and a great way to learn how to use the kangaroo boots and to get the movements down. Definitely wear high socks if you’re doing the jump classes—the boots are very much like rollerblades in how they wrap around your ankles and can cause chafing if you don’t wear thick, tall socks. Look up kangaroo boot videos before you show up so you’re mentally prepared!
