Katies approach to teaching is so thoughtful and intentional, and I always leave feeling (at least) 5% better than I came. If you’re looking for a sign to take this class: THIS IS IT!

see all reviewsThis class is SO amazing! Carly is an incredible teacher!! The first 30 minutes brings the FIRE. Her instruction and assistance make the class feel so welcoming, inviting, and accessible to all levels of yogis. Then, the combination of Mike’s drums and Carly’s sound bowls at the end literally takes me to another dimension lol. My soul leaves my body for 30 minutes. It’s such a beautiful, grounding experience and the perfect way to end my week. This duo and class is hands down my absolute favorite! 💜

see all reviewsGreat studio! All around fantastic studio and class. This studio does not have a water fill station which is my only complaint. Hot yoga studios I think should always have water fill station. Aside from that, it was an all around great experience!
