Would still go back and definitely try other classes there and with this instructor too. Heat isn’t for the faint of heart though…

She sets the space beautifully, with everything you need ready to go in front of you when you enter, you just have to lay your mat and grab your therapy balls. see all reviewsFirst heated class of anything and I’m so glad I went here for it. Such an amazing atmosphere. The instructor was so personable (VERY funny but relaxing too!) and it felt easy to talk to not only her, but other attendees as well. Everyone was very welcoming. I could definitely feel the heat at points but the stretch was amazing. Will be back and can’t wait. :)
