see all reviewsFor this being our first class here, the Instructor really made it beginner friendly while also catering to the entire class. For being pregnant and post partum, this was a nice experience and intensity level. I was able to modify and knew when not to go past a certain point. The instructor really made you feel comfortable and transition easily into each following position. Elliot was also helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to our next class.

see all reviewsNice, big, open space with a comfortable floor. Good low lighting, a good amount of heat, plus CEILING FANS (I loved the ceiling fans for air circulation!) Zoey led us through a nice, challenging flow, and made me feel comfortable to take breaks whenever I needed. I will definitely be back to Beachtown Yoga!
