    Yoga for Back Pain

    Teacher was nice and welcoming. Space was lovely even with construction next door. Very gentle class. Kind of a pilates yoga hybrid. Lots of focus on breath and intentional muscle use. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I was able to do some strengthening. Highly recommend if you are hyper mobile or conversely have a stiff back. I will be returning.

    Sarah is such a phenomenal instructor! She does a great job demonstrating the exercises and doing them with us. She gives the class tons of options to meet our different fitness levels. She is super kind, encouraging, and patient. Also, her voice is calm and relaxing for such a tough workout! 💖💪

    Midday Movement

    Travis was amazing! It was a one on one class and he listened to my needs for this particular day, as I walked 8 miles earlier that morning! He was very knowledgeable and actually got me into a pose that I resigned to thinking I'd never be able to do... Mostly out of fear! I felt empowered, relaxed, open, grounded, and all they other good things when I left! Definitely will go back!
