see all reviewsMy male trainer, S*****n was professional, not TOO chatty. It was my first time in that gym but I had been doing boxing occasionally for quite some time now and I was satisfied with their service. The core and stretching was done by another guy who I think was a trainee. The latter was my favorite part. He was a bit timid but he was considerate enough to be asking if I’m comfortable with the stretches to be done.

see all reviewsExcellent, very comfortable, and high-end facility. Everyone was very accommodating. It was a challenging class, but you can always go with your own pace or rest for a bit. All coaches were amazing and nice. I highly recommend this sports gym for all levels. My only problem is the dim lights, they make me feel sleepy, but maybe it's just me :) Anyway, we will definitely book again

see all reviewsBrazilian? Instructor: Dude was wearing a brazil t-shirt so I assume that is where he was from; 3 students but the big dude was late, so we had a semi-private class for almost half an hour. The professor asked me to do 50 jumping jets, 50 burpees, and 50 push ups as warm up. The teenager did not do them. I reckon it was because he had done the youth class right before this one. I then learned how to pass by enemy’s guard using the Tory Round Doe pass, then go on knee-on-belly. As my enemy tries to push my knee away, i grab his arm and defeat him with an arm bar or key moo ra. Because I am a beginner, I had trouble keeping my balance in the movements. We ended the class with 100 sit ups and one minute plank. Normally I can do 30 secs only, but today there were people doing Muay Thai sparring, which distracted me so I forgot about how hard the plank was, so I wnded up doing the full 60 seconds lol. I pray that as I practice, I will improve ;)

see all reviewsCoach Bos is a very professional coach. Even though I am a female student, he is very attentive in teaching each movement. I noticed that other students in the class are always happy during lessons. They told me that they've been training with him for a long time and feel that he teaches very well. Highly recommended. If I have time in Thailand, I will definitely attend his class again.👍

see all reviewsYoung instructor: 3 students. A young lady, a young dude, and an old dude(me). The Professor taught me lots of drills, including how to escape while my enemy has pinned me down, and also how to sweep my enemy while he has mounted me. We ended up with 3 rounds of sparring so that everyone goes with everyone. Because I am a 0 degree white belt, I cannot even do a knee on belly properly. My Senpai was walking me through how to put more weight on him, but no matter how hard I tried, he seemed to not feel anything lol!
