Samantha is positive and kind, she gives excellent cues with options to make each movement more or less challenging as needed. The longer class allows for a gentle build up to standing poses and a nice wind down as well. I look forward to it every week and am sad when I can’t make it! I always leave feeling lighter.

When getting a massage you have full day access to the gym and sauna, steam room and showers in the locker room. When you arrive you have to be directed to the correct floor by the front desk, then check in with the attendant. They give you a robe and led you to the locker room. You strip to your level of comfort, typically no bra or socks just underwear. You go back out to the attendant in your robe and slippers and they lead you to the relaxation room while you wait. In that room you have snacks, tea, water and quiet ambient music playing while you wait till your masseuse calls you. Overall a positive, clean experience. Will go again
