    INTERVAL: FULL BODY

I really enjoy this class and Matt is my favorite instructor. There is a running, weight and rowing component, and he will challenge you to push your personal limits while respecting that everyone is at a different pace. He’s motivating, funny and explains things well despite how chaotic interval classes can be.

Wes is the best teacher at Studio Three. I love his no BS and no frill approach. He is always hyping people up and I never feel embarrassed if I can’t do something. He is always giving modifications and never makes anyone feel bad for doing those modifications. He’s talking through the whole class and it really helps me focus. I appreciate how he doesn’t have us do crazy moves or workouts. I feel 100% comfortable with him.

Aubrey taught a class that was inclusive, energizing, and varied in its design. Riders were celebrated and acknowledged for their hard work. It is easy to see why Aubrey is a Soul Chicago staple! I’ll be back!

The front desk staff are the best. When I walked in I asked if I could get a better bike (if one closer to the front freed up from a cancelation). There wasn’t anything available at the time, but right before class started when I was already clipped in, Mariana found me on my bike in the back to let me know something had become available. Really appreciate it!

    In-Studio: The Ride

It is hard to find a good spinning class. Many studios do too much dancing and gimmicky moves. Not at Spynergy! Came in at 7 am, sleep deprived from traveling and Liza and the team were welcoming, high energy, and motivating. The class was the perfect balance of intensity, pace, and energy. She kept me engaged the whole time. I regularly on a road bike outdoors and this is the best class I’ve taken in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Seriously this is the best spin class in the city. The class is challenging in a great way. I love that Anthony explains the proper format when riding. I’ve never had an instructor do that in any of my spin classes. Also, his playlist is just FIRE. What I look for in all my classes.

I love going to cycle bar and the instructors are always amazing and give a great class. The bikes just need to be greased up because it’s hard to focus on your delivery with a squeaking bike. Other than that it’s a very clean location and facilities.

    Pilates Reformer Beginner

The instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!
