see all reviewsWowza! Visiting from LA and so glad I popped in! The playlist was fire and the staff is so friendly! It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)! Will def revisit :)

see all reviewsVery friendly coach! It might seem chaotic to a newbie, but overall a fun workout. I think if the 60 second intervals were dedicated to one leg at time (instead of switching at the 30 second mark), I would feel more even. It feels like by the time I get the movement down for one leg, it's already time to move on to the other. I would also prefer longer intervals because the 60 seconds feel so quick.
