    Aly’s classes are electric. Her energy, cues, playlists & overall zest for life comes through in every sequence she teaches. This one was especially great. Attendees all vibed with each other and the positivity was through the roof. I cannot say enough about Aly and what she brings to the yoga community in Chicago. Book one of her classes immediately and make sure to chat her up before or after. She’s a gem. Studio is gorgeous, too. A+.

    The class was challenging, a level or two than what I'm used to as I'm someone who runs and does OT couple times a week. I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.

I’ve been attending this class almost every week for the last month and I’ve been seeing major improvements in my hamstring flexibility and strength.     The instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout.     30 minutes really isn’t enough time considering you literally can’t get in until the MOMENT your reservation starts. It takes time to take off your coat/winter clothes, set up music if you wanna use the speaker, set up and sanitize (let’s say 3 minutes) plus a super minimal 5 minute warm up and maybe 2 minutes to stretch- that leaves you with 20 minutes left to actually workout (but you have to get rebundled to outside and clean up after yourself so really more like 17 minutes)

    What a great way to start my weekend! Sat 8:30am class was perfect, nice basic class to wake you up and get your weekend going. There are more challenging classes, of course, but not having done Step Aerobics since the 90s, I thought I'd ease in. Everyone was super inviting, it's not the kind of place you slink into the back of the class without people getting to know your name....I like that! I'll be back, definitely!
