CYCLE 45
see all reviewsThis class was amazing! It was my first time attending a cycling class and Frank was the best introductory instructor. He was very polite and helpful with navigating the gear and bike set up. Then, very motivating and high-energy from start of class to finish. I would definitely recommend CYCLE 45 and look forward to taking it again soon.

see all reviewsSo rarely do I feel the incentive to actually post a review on here but Carly’s Strength X class at CorePower Yoga was one of the best I’ve had on here. The facility itself is already great with showers and a free Mat rental for your first visit. The class itself was challenging enough to push me to work hard but didn’t feel overwhelming. I feel amazing afterward. Thank you Carly!

see all reviewsGreat workout. 27 stations, 2x through. First lap is 45/15 and second lap is 35/15. Only 30 seconds of rest between laps, which feels kinda crazy. I’m not sure how much extra aerobic benefit we’re getting by not having at least 2 minutes between pods, but worth mentioning as this feels pretty intermediate / advanced.

see all reviewsCallen is an incredible trainer, he is all the things you’d hope for- encouraging, observant and non-judgmental. I love going into classes a bit above my skill level for a challenge but tbh it’s really people like Callen who make that possible. He helped me pivot when things weren’t working and pushed me further to show me when things were truly possible. 10/10 definitely would recommend

see all reviewsI had a great workout at Train Moment! The class was perfect for all fitness levels as you can adjust the weight for each exercise based on your own strength and comfort level. The instructor started the class by breaking down each exercise and explaining the reps. The workout itself was challenging in the best way. I love leaving a workout sweaty and feeling like I really worked, but not feeling like I pushed myself so hard that I’ll be sore for the next few days. Another big plus is the free parking. The area can get pretty busy, so not having to worry about finding parking makes getting to class that much easier. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and felt like I got a great workout. I’m definitely looking forward to going back!

see all reviewsKatie was great! Very well rounded class, good energy, songs, and transitions. I've been coming to CorePower for about a year now and the classes are always great. However I really can't believe they still charge $4 to rent a mat... and don’t offer towels. Pretty insane costs on top of a membership. Just something to consider! I don't know of any other studios that charge for towels.

She really cares that you get the most out of your time working out, paying attention and giving great feedback vs going through the motions.
