see all reviewsJenni was great! This was my first time in Fire Flow 2 - I’ve taken Fire Flow 1 a few times and wasn’t sure if this was going to be too quick/challenging, but I actually really enjoyed the pace and she made it super easy to follow along.

see all reviewsIn the class we did sun salutations (flows) A and B but it was at a more comfortable pace and inclusive of breaks compared to your average Prana class. The cues were clear, the playlist was relaxing and the energy of the entire class was chill and supportive. One of my favorite studios in Charlotte

see all reviewsClass was literally REALITY SHIFTING. I’m a yoga instructor, astrologer, reiki master (level 3, not being prideful), and self proclaimed spiritual gworl and I was blown away at how much thought, love, and connection to the divine the instructor put into the class. Chanting and postures, loved them. It was really making the class interactive that made the difference though. Anyone can watch a youtube video and chant. I didn’t feel like I was being instructed. We were all going through a spiritual experience together. And the crystal bracelet I chose really resonated with where I am in my life and the things I experienced even today. And I LOVE a good card pull, okay! I like that she let each of us interpret the card through our individual lens of perception. The reading was on point. Like scarily accurate. I know I was divinely guided to this class because I barely go outside and I was compelled to attend. So if you’re reading this, you probably are too… I also recognize I’ve been taking life too seriously. I’m happy I was reminded that it’s important to play too <3
