She always gets me in my zone and pushes me beyond my “limits”. I perform at my best whenever I take her class. Love her!!!!

see all reviewsThe class was super dope. The music was top tier. I was a bit blindsided by the $3 charge for cycling shoes, this was not at all advertised. I’d be lying if I said that I haven’t put them at the bottom of my list of go-to classes due to this. A program that offers a free shoe rental perhaps every 3rd class may entice me. However, it is a really good class & really positive staff. I truly felt the burn, the instructor allowed me to go at my own pace & her motivating spirit was crucial to my fulfilling workout.
