I love coming to this class! Ann is great; she always has the right music and vibes. Even though I like strength training, I usually wouldn’t go to an in-person class for it, but the format at SPENGA has made me so much more comfortable with it. 10/10

I can confidently say that this was the best class Cycle Bar class I've attended (I’ve been to multiple locations across the country.) The music was incredibly motivating, and Steph's energy created such an inspiring atmosphere. The class felt like a fitness party with all the energy of a nightclub but with bikes instead of cocktails. Overall I’m very impressed and will be back!

As an utter beginner, this class was one of the most fun fitness classes I’ve ever been to! Everyone was friendly and helpful to get me all set up. I loved the music, views from the rooftop, steady guidance and encouragement. No crazy yelling like some other studios. Highly recommend!

Leah is AMAZING! She makes you feel like you’re in your own space, with no one else in the room, just you and your bike. Her playlists are pretty diverse which keeps it fun! I would definitely recommend taking her class.

They were extremely welcoming and helpful to get me all set up! Really fun atmosphere and it was nice that it felt more like a community. I like the environment where we’d just be cycling in dim lights or no lights, get you in the zone! Highly recommend!

Really nice instructor! And I liked that this class didn’t have too much “choreography”.

The studio was clean and welcoming. The owner was there and she was so nice! The instructor was phenomenal. The class was tough, I got a good burn, but I felt amazing afterwards. The music was great. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10.

Class was literally REALITY SHIFTING. I’m a yoga instructor, astrologer, reiki master (level 3, not being prideful), and self proclaimed spiritual gworl and I was blown away at how much thought, love, and connection to the divine the instructor put into the class. Chanting and postures, loved them. It was really making the class interactive that made the difference though. Anyone can watch a youtube video and chant. I didn’t feel like I was being instructed. We were all going through a spiritual experience together. And the crystal bracelet I chose really resonated with where I am in my life and the things I experienced even today. And I LOVE a good card pull, okay! I like that she let each of us interpret the card through our individual lens of perception. The reading was on point. Like scarily accurate. I know I was divinely guided to this class because I barely go outside and I was compelled to attend. So if you’re reading this, you probably are too… I also recognize I’ve been taking life too seriously. I’m happy I was reminded that it’s important to play too <3
