Both trainers were wonderful and lead an intense and fun workout (of course the intensity level is based on each individual). Thanks for being so welcoming :)

see all reviewsCoach Dell is exactly what Bodyroc needed. Love the gym -I’ve been taking classes here for over 5 years and as a personal trainer myself I can confirm that his classes are methodical he uses a structured intentional approach to help clients achieve goals. He establishes clear goals and is focused on mobility which a lot of people don’t realize can be more important than the workout itself. I really appreciate the change of pace with dell’s classes, highly recommend!

I especially like that he eased into the stretching and lunge reps in the beginning of class, and focused on form and not speed. see all reviewsI recently had the opportunity to train at a modern boxing studio that truly emphasizes real technique, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and motivating, filled with passionate trainers and dedicated students. The instructors at the studio are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, ensuring that every session is not just a workout but an educational experience. They focus on the fundamentals of boxing, breaking down each movement and technique to make sure everyone understands the 'why' behind what they're doing. This approach not only helps improve skills but also builds confidence in each boxer. The facilities are top-notch, with plenty of space and equipment, including heavy bags, speed bags, and a ring for sparring. The studio also prides itself on maintaining a clean and safe environment, which is crucial for any training facility. What sets this boxing studio apart is its commitment to a supportive community. Regardless of your skill level, everyone is encouraged to challenge themselves and grow. There’s a strong emphasis on technique over brute strength, allowing beginners to feel comfortable while also pushing more advanced boxers to refine their skills. Overall, if you're looking for a boxing studio that teaches real technique in a welcoming environment, this is the place to be. Whether you're training for fitness, competition, or just for fun, you'll leave each session feeling accomplished and eager for more. Highly recommended!

see all reviewsFirst time trying yoga as well as my first time taking any form of class. I enjoyed the experience a lot. Everyone was bubbly and fun to be around. The class was not easy, BUT it taught me a lot about which muscles are weak in my body and what I need to work on. if I couldn’t do the pose exactly, it was okay their was an easier pose option given that my body was able to do. I recommend taking a class and trying it out. I’m planning on continuing my classes! :)

see all reviewsFun, fast-paced class to get a good sweat in! About half of the time is spent doing strength exercises with dumbbells/body weight and the other half at the punching bag. The punching bag was my favorite part! Got some pent up frustration to take out? Punch it out! Remembering the 6 different punches was a bit confusing since this was my first time and the instructions moved quickly, but I went my own pace. There are visual instructions projected on the wall for the strength exercises, so that was easy to follow. Music and our instructor, Jennifer, were energetic!

This class is a one-of-a-kind experience, where every session feels like you're training for a real match. The coach pays close attention to every detail, focusing on both your strengths and areas for improvement.
