see all reviewsHeather Masse is still the BEST instructor I’ve ever taken at 10 hands! She can teach any kind of yoga class, but tonight she really stretched us stiff yogis out after being sore from all the weight lifting classes we so desperately needed to recover from. I’ve noticed a consistent return from all of the attendees in her class and it’s definitely due to how she makes us feel both relaxed physically and mentally by the end of our time with her.

Tai Chi class
see all reviewsAs a beginner, I appreciated the way our instructor guided us through the various postures and movements with clear descriptions and helpful demonstrations. The class was held in a very large and bright room that is usually used for other martial art practices, so it was interesting to see the various equipment stored neatly on the walls and sides of the work space. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to find a way to relax your mind in order to find more focus in your daily life. I am looking forward to future classes so I can learn just a little bit more each time! It will be a long process, but i know the results will come if I keep up my practice.
