    Pilates Equipment - Cardio Jumpboard

    Very thoughtful instructor. Jumpboard was a nice cardio variation of Reformer. This is not unique to this instructor but my last several classes here the instructors did almost all of the exercises on a machine too; the downside is they’re not paying attention to our form and correcting.

    Loved how Midori led connecting the breath to movements and the body more deeply. Beginner-friendly class with clear instructions and slow pace but even having done 100s Pilates classes I enjoyed it. First time I’ve heard “Pilates breath is out through pursed lips like blowing out 200 candles” - so memorable! Her mostly throwbacks playlist was fun and relaxing too.

    TONEd DOWN: An Intro to btone

    Nice slower pace with more spring load (light/heavy) options, clear demos and instructions, and overall less intensity. It was great for me having done a bunch of classes before but recovering from injuries. If it’s your very first time it’ll likely still feel fast-paced but easier to learn than regular classes.

    Endurance Pilates Reformer Multi Level Class

    Tiff is a really good instructor. She is very hands-on and takes a time to ensure you are doing the moves correctly. This very valuable because you can spend years doing something the wrong way, and that's not helpful. I have done a lot of classes and still learned from her. She was also very welcoming and patient.
