    I was very pleased with my experience at this facility. The staff was welcoming and accommodating and facility was very clean and well-equipped. I had a wonderful workout and use of the sauna/shower/locker room made for an excellent experience.

    HB CYCLE

    I love Ivo’s cycling class so much that rain, sleet, snow, or sun- I’ll travel to take his class. Call me Carole King because I’ll be there. His energy and wide knowledge of music makes every class different and exciting. Highly recommend for anyone who’s an avid rider or just staring out and wants a good vibe.

    Super fun! Renvil is so nice and welcoming, and gave the class a positive focused atmosphere. If i lived here i’d attend regularly, it’s a solid full-body workout that you can adjust to any intensity with varying weights. I loved his pop playlist too hahaha

    ZUMBA - Dance

    Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

    This was a unique, fun, and high energy class! I felt the trampoline part of the workout wasn’t for me. I felt dizzy jumping on the small trampoline and found it difficult to find my balance. I would recommend trying one of their classes with less bounce time if you’re new. They offer modifications off the trampoline if you’d prefer.

    I hadn’t done yoga in years so I was a little nervous, but Ayannah was such a fantastic instructor! Good flow and explained poses well when I was forgetting them. Challenging but offered modifications. Super calm vibe and playlist. Highly recommend!

    Always a great comfortable class with Shannon. She’s very sweet and encouraging -giving you options to go harder or easier. I’m heavy breathing by the end of each round but I feel good enough to want to come back every time. I may show up grumpy, but for a person who doesn’t feel endorphins after workouts, I feel strong and good after her classes.
