Paige walked around the room, offering personalized adjustments that helped me improve my form and get the most out of each exercise.     Marlee was a great instructor and the class was the perfect level of challenging with great modification options. Great cues, positive, motivating, and encouraging. It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly.     Very gentle and great for beginners, though a little familiarity with poses is helpful for when the instructor gives time during class for you to do your own thing for a few minutes. A more spiritual style of instruction (based on things the instructor would say, incense, music, dimming the lights) rather than one that's very fitness/strength oriented. I really appreciated that the instructor led us through a wide mix of poses... I dread yoga classes that are almost exclusively mat work, as my wrists get very sore. I didn't have that issue at all in this class. The instructor was also great at explaining poses and giving options/modifications. I felt very comfortable in the class despite my limited yoga experience.

    Fun, fast-paced class to get a good sweat in! About half of the time is spent doing strength exercises with dumbbells/body weight and the other half at the punching bag. The punching bag was my favorite part! Got some pent up frustration to take out? Punch it out! Remembering the 6 different punches was a bit confusing since this was my first time and the instructions moved quickly, but I went my own pace. There are visual instructions projected on the wall for the strength exercises, so that was easy to follow. Music and our instructor, Jennifer, were energetic!
