see all reviewsVance is a very special find! Classes are a mix of deeply grounding, yet also upbeat and light hearted. I love the dynamic balance he brings , moments of extreme physical and mental challenge, held alongside intentional movement, breathwork, meditation, and even poems he reads to help rebalance and align body and mind. I leave class recentered every time, thanks!

see all reviewsHonestly did not expect this to be such a hard workout but I mean that in a good way! I sweat so much. I loved the push ups & ankle weights. I would politely suggest that someone dust the fan towards the back of the room - it is cakes with thick dust and that can’t be good to breathe in. Also the toilet seat was covered in period blood underneath :/ I felt too weird to say that to the instructor in person and it was not from me or I would have cleaned it up.

I really enjoyed it. I would highly recommend drinking electrolytes because you will sweat! Sarah will give you modifications if the moves are too hard or too easy for you. I would like to take more classes and see what powerhouse has to offer. Highly recommend Sarah as well.

see all reviewsThought class was incredible. Her hands on assist, cues, interaction with students all were great. Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. Really great experience though,
