AntiGravity® FUNdamentals – Aerial Intro (Intro Level)

This was a wonderful introductory class. Quekan was patient, kind, and helpful to someone brand new like me who is also afraid of heights. By the end of the class. I was able to do the inversions independently with her encouragement and support!

    Handstands

Joshua was amazing! So knowledgeable, upbeat and positive. Corrected my hand placement and was able to engage the right muscles. I’ve been practicing inverting on my own for a long time and learned so much in just my first class!

Intro to Pole *FIRST TIME STUDENTS AND UP*

Def a great intro to pole as I got to start with a static pole instead of a spin pole I had used for my first time in a pole in another studio. It’s hard but very beginner friendly.

    Pole 101 Fundamentals

Tried pole dancing for the first time and I honestly loved it. I went in a little nervous, but the instructor made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to guide me whenever I needed help. I learned so much in just one class and left feeling more confident and excited to come back. Such a great experience overall 🤍

*Aerial Mellow Flow: Restorative (Off Peak)

Great class! Calming, thoughtful postures; wonderfully focused hands-on adjustments. I loved the gunas theme throughout the class and focus on equilibrium and navigating stress and anxiety. Highly recommended.

    INTRO TO HOOP

Fun intro to hoop and good for beginners. Good warm up to prep, and clear instructions while on the hoop. Class was small so we all got a hoop to try. Hope that it’s always like that because it would be hard to share a hoop.

Really enjoyed the warm up! Nice beginner class - good medley of climbs, basic foot wrap, and inversions. Small class, so everyone got their own silk which was nice!

    Gym Time

The front desk staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which helps create a down-to-earth, unpretentious atmosphere. Having trained at both Lifetime and Equinox, I personally prefer Crunch because it feels more approachable while still providing everything needed for a great workout. The gym floor is bright, well-lit, and has a positive energy. The equipment selection is more than sufficient for a serious training session, and the locker rooms and bathrooms are functional, clean, and get the job done. Overall, it’s a solid gym with a comfortable culture and all the essentials needed to train effectively.
