She was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to guide me whenever I needed help. I learned so much in just one class and left feeling more confident and excited to come back. Such a great experience overall 🤍

Having trained at both Lifetime and Equinox, I personally prefer Crunch because it feels more approachable while still providing everything needed for a great workout. The gym floor is bright, well-lit, and has a positive energy. The equipment selection is more than sufficient for a serious training session, and the locker rooms and bathrooms are functional, clean, and get the job done. Overall, it’s a solid gym with a comfortable culture and all the essentials needed to train effectively.
