Getting back in to Pilates I was nervous I wouldn’t have the endurance, but I was able to complete the class at my pace and also know I can advance and challenge myself in the class as I get stronger.

see all reviewsDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

see all reviewsVery thoughtful instructor. Jumpboard was a nice cardio variation of Reformer. This is not unique to this instructor but my last several classes here the instructors did almost all of the exercises on a machine too; the downside is they’re not paying attention to our form and correcting.

see all reviewsClass was a really good workout! A little humbling but manageable for sure! Studio was cute and the vibe was good! Incredible playlist. My only note would be that I would love some corrections on my form. There are some things I just know I’m probably doing wrong and I would love some notes on how to do it better! But a really encouraging environment and I would definitely go back!

see all reviewsCorina's class is great! the demonstrations are beautiful, professional, and clear. The corrections are precise and executable. The teacher usually points out the purpose of the exercise before having the students do it, along with information of which part of the body to focus on, common mistakes, and visual images to think about. This intentional practice makes it a lot of fun to do the exercises. The teacher also encourages students to observe and ask questions, and strikes a perfect balance of providing guidance without spoon feeding.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed my experience at Northeast arts! I took the open beginner intermediate class after a few months away from dance. The formatting of the class was pretty standard. Really what stood out most about this class was the warm environment that Avery (the instructor) and the other dancers taking the class create. I have taken many classes at multiple studios but this is the first ballet class I have taken where I felt completely comfortable, relaxed and present. The class was approachable and fun! I recommend to anyone looking for a studio that has great quality instruction and provides a welcoming atmosphere.

Every week Sandra reaches an unparalleled level of support, clarity, empathy and differentiation.

see all reviewsI took a cycling/spin class here with my wife. The instructor was very welcoming and helpful setting us up, much appreciated since I haven't taken spin in years and my wife never, plus she doesn't speak English, so the extra kindness and patience with us was lovely. The class was go-at-your-own-place challenging, which was great because I had to work hard to keep up with all the sprints and hills, but my wife was equally comfortable just pedaling slowly in her own little la-la land, ignoring the queues. Overall I would recommend this class to any age or fitness level.

see all reviewsGreat class to learn partnered dance taught by the friendly and skillful studio owners, Emil and sometimes Ruta. Both single and partnered dancers equally welcomed, and the way the class is designed you are quickly immersed and learn fast! Music tracks are fun and it can even count as modest cardio. As everywhere, the student population is predominantly female, so if you come unpartnered you have to wait your turn to dance with a leader, but not a big deal if you don’t mind dancing alone during that time. Also, when Ruta teaches the class she makes an unexpectedly good female lead, I found!
