I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

see all reviewsThis was a unique, fun, and high energy class! I felt the trampoline part of the workout wasn’t for me. I felt dizzy jumping on the small trampoline and found it difficult to find my balance. I would recommend trying one of their classes with less bounce time if you’re new. They offer modifications off the trampoline if you’d prefer.
