    ZUMBA - Dance

    Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

    This was a unique, fun, and high energy class! I felt the trampoline part of the workout wasn’t for me. I felt dizzy jumping on the small trampoline and found it difficult to find my balance. I would recommend trying one of their classes with less bounce time if you’re new. They offer modifications off the trampoline if you’d prefer.

    I love this class so much! It was one of the most fun workouts that I have ever had! The instructor Amy was so fabulous and upbeat. She was constantly complementing the class and individuals. She was easy to follow, and I was a little nervous to get on a trampoline, but she was able to modify it for all people.
