I have never taken a pole dancing class and I am so incredibly thankful my first time was with an instructor who was someone so knowledgeable, patient and knew how to explain the processes. By the end of the end I was climbing and spinning in ways I didn’t know I could (albeit not the sexiest, but I did it!) I highly recommend taking this class if it’s ever been on your mind - the space was beautiful and everyone was really supportive. 10/10
