see all reviewsSarah is such an amazing instructor! When the class gets hard and you’re tired she has a gentle yet very motivational way of pushing you through. I literally got chills and was able to find the strength to power through the last minutes of class. Feeling stronger everyday. Thanks Sarah!

see all reviewsThe class was varied and kept me interested. It was challenging, but still doable for beginners. The studio was beautiful and everyone was welcoming. My only issue was that the instructor did not do the exercises to the beats of the music, so I found it difficult to follow along at times.

see all reviewsBayley Brooks is an amazing aerial yoga instructor. She's patient, warm, and genuinely kind, and she made me feel comfortable from the start, even as a beginner. She takes the time to explain each move and offers helpful adjustments without any pressure. Her classes feel welcoming and relaxing, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I'd highly recommend her to anyone, whether you're brand new or experienced.

POD - Strength + Power
see all reviewsIt was a good workout. This is the second time I’ve taken a class at Pivot. The first time I didn’t have any issues as it was a 5pm class and was able to get in the building fine, and had a reception to show me the ropes. However this class started at 7am and the door was locked. I tried calling but no one answered. It seems you need a key fob to get in the building. I waited outside until another participant who had a fob let me in. Wish there was a way around this.
