I have fallen back in love with strength training because of the way inferno makes classes simultaneously intense AND fun. The playlists always go SO hard, and the instructors are super motivating. I came for the workout, but stayed because the playlist was an absolute whole body groove 🤸🏻♀️I was basically dancing on my mat between sets. Don't be fooled though! see all reviewsWhat a great class! Shona was a great guide through this practice and the practice itself was very beneficial and relaxing! One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Will def be coming back for more sessions!

see all reviewsThis class is the perfect reset after a long work week. I particularly enjoy Carolyn's class because she does hands off Reiki, meaning she makes no physical contact with your body. I've had hands on Reiki at other studios, and it's so nice to find a studio that offers the hands off approach as well. Carolyn is also lovely and has such a sweet, welcoming, positive energy. 💕Her playlists are always amazing and really allow you to float off into meditation. 🎵To top it all off, her sound bath is on point! Highly recommend, definitely a class to add to your schedule!

When needed the instructor came around and made adjustments. There is a warm up and cool down. Highly recommend and I will be going back. Definitely recommend a strength day class first to get acquainted with the gym first. Everyone was very very welcoming from the owner to instructor to participants. Thank you for an amazing workout.

I accidentally signed up for an intermediate class (would strongly recommend doing beginner first) and despite me being clueless, she took the time to correct my form and posture and communicated fantastically. This was not like the usual Pilates classes I’ve taken on ClassPass. This class was strongly influenced by classical Pilates and focused on slow and fluid movements. I loved the flow of the class and how intricate each muscle group was used deliberately. It was a very calm and controlled class. It improved my flexibility and control of my balance and incorporated breath work as well. I cannot wait to go back!
