see all reviewsI’m so glad I had my first F45 class with Chris! He was encouraging and clear with his directions, so it wasn’t hard to figure out what to do. I loved that the class was high-intensity and also had a lot of different exercises so you never got bored. Being surrounded by others who were pushing themselves to their limits motivated me to keep going even when I wanted to give up. I’ll definitely be visiting again!
