Loved the fiery intensity of Yang leading into the quiet intensity of Yin and being accompanied by the immersive soundbath. My only critique would be that it's important to me to hear more of the Sanskrit asanas rather than just their English names.

She creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere while making sure everyone is working with good technique. The class was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling stronger, more aligned, and full of energy. I would definitely take another class with her. Highly recommended!

She also checks for first timers, injuries and consent for hands - on corrections in the beginning of her class, which I find super important and sadly not always a given in berlin yoga classes.

I don't have a lot of experience with sound baths (yet?), and I can imagine some people might feel nothing or I dunno don't like it, but I really really liked this class and the others around me said similar things as far as I heard.

see all reviewsDer Kurs war ein wunderschöner Start ins Wochenende. Das Studio befindet sich in einer sehr gemütlichen Remise im Hinterhof und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Matten und das gesamte Equipment haben super Qualität. Hannah hat uns sehr gut durch die Praxis geführt. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass sie bei vielen Asanas nicht nur erklärt hat, wie wir am besten in die Positionen finden, sondern auch hilfreiche Hands-on-Adjustments gegeben hat. Dadurch habe ich mich während der gesamten Stunde sehr gut begleitet gefühlt. Ich komme wieder :)
