The instructors are fantastic—they provide clear, constructive guidance that makes learning complex movements feel approachable. The atmosphere in the gym is really welcoming; everyone is focused on learning and playing together. It was also great to meet new people and partner up for drills. The sunshine is also great! Overall, an incredibly fun and enjoyable experience
