This is one of the best yoga classes i’ve taken. Laura is a great instructor. Her class was fun and easy to follow; you will never get bored of the flow. Her class really taught me to be present in the moment and I recommend taking her class to anyone!!

Such an amazing class! Her cueing was clear and easy to follow, and the playlist was so good. She brought such warm, welcoming energy into the room while still making the class challenging in the best way.

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

I have done Yoga Sculpt and CorePower Yoga 2 at this studio plenty of times, but this was my first ever CorePower Yoga 1 class. I saw the heat was not as high as C2, so I went for it. The pace is great for people new to yoga, but holding poses and flowing through movements slower made it a fun challenge for me as an experienced yoga student. I was still sweating quite a bit, so I recommend bringing at least a face towel!

Definitely don’t forget your towels or hot yoga mat towel like I did! Mikhelio was a fantastic instructor. Ran from one side of the room to another to make sure we all could see what movements to do. The class was so fun and engaging. Music selection was so motivating!

    Vinyasa - 60 minutes

I have taken many classes at sweat box and loved every single one of them, however I took my first class with Natalia and it was truly my favorite class I’ve experienced. She is so warm and inviting and the yoga was challenging but also the most calm I’ve felt all week. 10/10 :)

This studio definitely keeps their room on the warmer side but they have awesome instructors and the space is quite large so you can spread out and don’t feel like you’re sweating on your neighbors’ mat.

    Restorative Yin (Seattle)

MyThu’s restorative yin class had me stretching out muscles I didn’t know I could stretch! Oh my gosh! I also loved her hands on assistance and pressure point therapy (can always opt out ofc if you don’t feel comfortable). Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to get a good stretch in!!
