see all reviewsI was so happy to be able to finally try reformer Pilates. I had no experience and was able to do the class as a beginner. Both the instructor helped me a lot as well as the other people taking the class around me. Everyone was very nice and welcoming! The class was very challenging and gave me a great workout, my heart beat was high and I was sweating a lot despite the slower movements - I know it was a good workout and I will be sore!

see all reviewsIntense class, hot HIIT. I got there right at 6 and the door was already locked but someone let me in: Classpass map took me to a location near lake O. I would highly reccomend! I would just get there 10 minutes earlier. Sarah was a great instructor.

I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol
