see all reviewsfirst time here and i love the studio! there’s a shower in the back which i greatly appreciate and multiple solo bathrooms. i did the yoga sculpt with Ana. one thing is they only have 2, 3, and 8 lb weights. i saw one 5lb weight but wish there were more! hopefully will be back again for another class!

I had no prior experience and was a total amateur but Tanner took the time to guide me through the moves and was very accommodating to my speed and comfortability level which I was super thankful for. I left the class feeling less scared and more confident and my experience was so positive that I will definitely be taking another class.
