The space is fantastic, with the open turf arena and plenty of room for the class stations. The workout was challenging, music was great, and Jen took the time to help me with exercises that I wasn’t familiar with. I’ll definitely go back!

The space was clean, and full of equipment without seeming cluttered. Kristin expertly guided my class through a series of challenging exercises that left me spent, but excited to do it again in the near future. What a treasure to have this gym and this level of expertise in Baltimore!
