    A wonderful yoga practice in a beautiful shala with the sounds of birds and a small waterfall in the background. Excellent adjustments, and lovely touches such as a refreshing eye towel during savasana, and tea at the end of class. I'll definitely join again.

    Super love the Yin Yang class here! The shala is compact, natural, and cozy, and the equipment is quite complete. Loved that the class combines Yang practice with a restorative Yin session, so it feels like a 2-in-1 class 😂 You get both without having to book two separate classes hemat budget lol.

    I loved the chanting - never experienced it before! It was so refreshing. The heat was comfortable that I could manage to flow throughout the class (was thinking okay so this isn’t as hot as in Jakarta! And then the sweat started to pouring 10 mins in haha) Towels are provided. Shower is clean.
