Plus, the recovery upstairs is an amazing way to chill after the intense training. Definitely beginner-friendly, but if you have more experience, they try to work with you as well. They were also thoughtful to provide small towels for the outdoor mats and glass bottled water. It was a calming session and Tina came around to assist us into deeper stretches. My fav part is poses facing the vast skies. Arrive earlier to enjoy the panoramic view by the pool before sunset!
