I attended his meditation practices last year and have always appreciated his grounded presence and calm energy. What I value most is how he shares meditation in such an accessible and reassuring way,reminding us that thoughts will come, and that it’s perfectly okay to simply observe them and let them pass without attachment. Thank you for holding such a beautiful space.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved this experience. Held in a breezy, rooftop shala this was more like a workshop than a class so perfect for beginners. The instructor was great - so patient and friendly. some of the poses were challenging but it was explained in such a clear way they were achievable for everyone. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Canggu
