Frankie has put so much thought and intention into creating such a sensory friendly space for everyone, dimly lit, room perfect temperature, and the energy just so so loving and open! Frankie invited me to try the aerial swings (wow, feels like being cradled whilst being weightless) it was a lovely way to settle into the space before the class. The heated yoga class lead by Suhaniya was incredible, and yes it definitely is a work out haha so make sure you’re ready and your body has the space for it!! I must admit I’ve only dappled in yoga before (Surya Kriya a long time ago) so I wasn’t familiar with all the poses and directions, but it was a free flowing class and I felt welcomed and safe at all times, and encouraged to listen and follow my body. Suhaniya is kind, patient, encouraging, and such an incredible guide for such a sacred practise. Thank you for having me, I look forward to coming back and trying the other classes on offer :)

The instructors were super motivating and genuinely cool people, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. If you’re feeling nervous, don’t worry—it’s completely fine, and there’s really no reason to be scared. The class was structured around small groups of three. One person would do about 30 seconds of cardio, another would do a weight-based exercise like sumo squats with weights, and the third person would rest. We’d switch roles and repeat that sequence three times before moving on to another set of exercises. In total, we did six different sets, repeating each set three times. It was challenging but manageable, and the rotations kept it interesting. Definitely worth a try!
