The instructor was so so lovely, she took time prior to the lesson to show me around the reformer, she talked me through levels of difficulty with the springs - and just had an overall great vibe 🩷 The class the small (about 8 beds), and the atmosphere was super relaxed. The workout itself was a great mix of workouts all over the body (but with a lower body focus) with a great variety of different challenges 🕺

I felt instantly welcomed and included by Nathan. He has created a wonderful training community. Members appeared to be tight knit but welcoming. The training session was fun and a solid workout. The only thing I’d charge is having a more substantial warm up. I’m still giving two thumbs up.
