Found this flow to be pretty tough and would have loved suggestions on how to continue participating while toning down the intensity. Also class was weirdly not hot but so humid today! Felt like practicing in a rainforest lol. Didn't hate it honestly, just unusual

see all reviewsI am traveling from Dallas and found Studio Three on class pass. Carla had awesome reviews and her class exceeded those rave reviews. She was welcoming and her energy was super calm and grounding. I appreciated her hands on adjustments and overall format of the class. If I lived here I’d buy a membership to the studio so I could take more of Carla’s classes.

see all reviewsI am obsessed with the amount of **order** and care brought to the studio by the owner. Order is an odd thing to compliment I suppose, but mats were meticulously laid out to maximize space (none of this mat turf wars and wedging in), there is a system for knowing if a mat is taken, and as a new comer my space was reserved with a cute hello and all my equipment laid out. You can really breathe here as all details are thought of and handled. Great workout!

see all reviewsUgh I love these classes. It’s SUCH a good workout. This was my first time not going to Cece’s class, and it was still just as good. It’s low impact, HIIT with Pilates principles —towards the end I can barely keep up, but that’s why I love it! I feel like I get a world class cardio + muscle workout

There was a conditioning piece in addition to a segment w pull-ups and pushups. Coach was not actively correcting so athletes were awry on form w out correction. I’d return even tho there are holes in the programming, everything is always modifiable.

see all reviewsI recently attended Alaina’s yoga class, and it was an incredibly enriching experience. The slow flow session, with dim lighting and beautiful background music, created a deeply sensorial and grounding atmosphere. Alaina’s soothing voice and detailed instructions helped me reconnect with my body, which is challenging in our tech-saturated world. Her guidance made it surprisingly easy to tune out digital distractions and focus on my movements and breath. I felt a profound sense of ease and connection during the class. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and can’t wait to come back again. Alaina’s class is a must-try for anyone looking to find a peaceful escape and reconnect with themselves.
