see all reviewsIf you need to work on hip mobility, Anna is your girl. Her class is really challenging but right when you feel like you can’t take it anymore, you move onto other muscle groups. As a girly with very square, sore hips, Anna’s classes have really pushed me to get stronger. Because of it, I’ve noticed less pain in my leg and back muscles, which were previously overcompensating for my weak hips. Highly recommend!
