Wouldn’t say this is super beginner friendly you need to know basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, ohp) and experience with barbell work. The workout was go at your own pace so you can make it as hard as you want. It’s in a warehouse so no AC but lots of fans. I’ll be back!

The time I went was the fullest class they’d had all year, and still he gave me (and others) plenty of individual attention to clean up my form and build confidence. The vibe of the class was fun, safe, and challenging with lots of room for variation based on what level each person came in with. I’ll definitely be back!
