If I had to describe his energy, I would say it felt like water and air: fluid, light, calming, and effortless. It was as if my body could finally stop resisting and simply flow with the energy work. I experienced something so different from anything I had felt before! I walked into Serasana feeling overwhelmed, with my mind going a million miles an hour, and walked out feeling relaxed, lighter, and genuinely happy. It was as if someone had turned down the volume on the chaos in my head! Ryan has such a unique presence, and this experience reminded me of the importance of staying open to new things. Sometimes, the experience you never expected is exactly the one you need. My advice? If you’ve been curious about Reiki or energy work, give yourself the opportunity to try something different.
