see all reviewsI so enjoyed this class. Sam was great even with all the left hand right hand, face the lobby, switch ups 🤭😂. She even helped me balance at one point. I’ve never done a moon salutation in yoga before, and it was an experience. I love this yoga studio. They have a fan for life.

I really enjoyed the intention of the class, which was grace, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. After the class ended, we all just sat on our mats dazed 😭😂. see all reviewsI booked my first reiki massage with Manny, and although there were some hiccups with timing and location due to cleanliness issues out of our control, he went out of his way to accommodate the session and meet me at a hotel that same day late in the evening. Timing is not an issue. He uses his intuition and various methodologies like decompression boots and different massage techniques, taking the time to guide you through the root cause of emotional blockages. He is a very communicative, patient and caring soul that truly has a healing touch and presence. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a healing experience.
