You don’t want someone too embarrassed to ask questions. All it takes is one person not understanding how to do one exercise and it can throw lots of people off.

Even though this was my first class here, everyone was super welcoming. Abby always came by and gave me adjustments and lots of encouragement throughout the rotations. Abby also made sure we did some quality stretching before leaving, which is really important for recovery. The music was high energy which also helped to keep me motivated. Excellent way to start my morning before work. I’ll definitely be back!

I really wanted to find a black owned gym that was a convenient drive away from home so I decided to give this one a try. I talked two of my friends into joining me for accountability purposes and I'm so glad that I did because I was going to cancel the day of. Lol! Energy is a big thing for me and when I say this gym offers nothing but good energy believe me! Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome from the trainer (Tyler) and a nice welcome sign with our names displayed on it. Loved the personalized touch! Prior to starting the workout she made sure to check with each one of us about any medical / health conditions that she should be made aware of which I appreciated because it was another sign she cared. She also went over (verbally and physically) every exercise she had in store for us that day so no one was in the dark during the workout routine. In addition we stretched as a group before and after the session which I really appreciated because none of my Trainers have ever included that essential part in my workouts. She paid close attention to not just me but every single client in the room throughout the entire workout experience. For example she would make sure everyone was utilizing the proper weight size based upon their physical capabilities. Lastly the music she played throughout the workout was a great mix (neo-soul and hip hop) of "uplifting" music and not just straight trap which is also a big deal for me. Overall the layout, equipment cleanliness, and experience of the gym gets a 10 out of a 10. It's officially my preferred gym on this platform as well as my friends!
