However, shortly after the class ended, the next teacher came in and started blasting her music. It jolted me out of my relaxed state. I wish she had waited closer to her class time or when most of the previous class had left the room

I was intimated by the class participants they were TEA. But hearing conversations and how a few interacting with me they are really nice ! Parking is free on the side street at 6:00pm .

From the moment I walked in, Colby, who I assume is the receptionist was super welcoming and kind. Katy, the instructor made me feel comfortable the moment I met her. The class was challenging but not overwhelming Katy was great with gently correcting posture and giving individual positive feedback. “Good form, Devin!” It’s the little compliments like that that can boost confidence and encourage you to keep going. Looking forward to booking my next class very soon! Thank you ladies!

see all reviewsAbbey was really sweet and encouraging! I haven’t worked out in a while and decided to use class pass to ease my way back into it this week and barre was on my list of things to try. This was my very 1st time taking a barre class and I really enjoyed the challenge and push. The studio is very clean and organized, and the full body workout was great! Abbey comes around to help fix your form if you need it and gives positive encouragement and some modifications as well. I’ll definitely be back! Also, keep in mind if you wanna try this class you HAVE to be on time because late entry is not accepted and the door will be locked after start time so aim to arrive early!

I thought I signed up for Pilates, but it ended up being a full strength class. When they were fumbling with the TV, I thought we'd be following a workout on a screen, but then the trainer jumped in and had me sweating within minutes. It was really, really good. So good, I started taking pictures because I knew I wanted to leave a review. I'll definitely be back.
