I appreciate how dedicated the instructors are at learning everyone’s name and encouraging them throughout the workout to do their best and lift even stronger. While I myself was hesitant to go to a faith based workout, it thankfully is much more focused on your training and throughout the 45 minutes. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in and excited to come back again.

see all reviewsThe gym members are so polite. The workout was very well done with adequate warmup(honestly the hardest part), a fun strength component, and a metcon. The gym is an awesome space, high ceilings, and a good mix of everything you need for crossfit workouts. The coach who worked with me and the others doing the 8am block was very attentive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back.
