see all reviewsI’ve never taken a class like this before and I’ve done a lot of heated yoga or heated hiit styles. This was a combo of the two and I enjoyed it. The class wasn’t too hot that it was unbearable and I felt the pacing was good. I would have preferred dumbbells to kettlebells but it worked out nonetheless.
