    I had my first class at Hustle Cycle + Strength today, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and welcoming the space was.     I enjoyed the entire class. From just walking in, you can tell that this is a REAL GYM where come to work out, get strong, yet it’s small and felt like a community. My early Sunday class was minimally attended. Angela did took into consideration my weaknesses and form flaws, and really developed the work out that was not only safe for me (I have a history of a few tweaks), but also rounded each strength move with stretches that allowed my supporting muscle groups to turn on. It was excellent.

Also appreciate that Cory was attentive to all the stations with encouragement and checking your form. The community also seemed nice and full of regulars. Be prepared to just come and go - the studio is located in the Meridian building and doesn’t have changing room/restroom facilities of its own.
