see all reviewsI really miss the Tuesday night class with JiYeong. It was super challenging and I loved it. I like the classes here but I’m not sure I can keep coming with the changing schedules since I work full time. I will keep coming back as long as I can make it work with my schedule.

see all reviewsLuna was great! It was my first time attending and she made me felt welcome. Her songs were upbeat and moves were easy to follow. For more complex moves, she go over them step by step before the start of the song. She also mixes up the intensity throughout the class and I can catch my breath!

see all reviewsJoella's class flowed so well from one pose to the next, with good pace. This made it easier to follow. Lots of deep stretching that is appropriate for a beginner, but also can be tailored to your own level. Highly recommend!
