    Power 60 - Full Body

Mandy was really instructive, fun, and energetic. Different style of class, basically there are specific workouts and intervals given by i you go through them individually (your pace and your weight). Got a good workout in!

    Plump!

The workouts here can be tough and the time is used well. Don’t recommend for beginners as there is very little instruction on how to complete the moves, use the machines, pick an appropriate weight, etc. It’s more like being given a set workout to complete on your own.

BRING GRIP SOCKS! (the description doesn't list it but they require it. They almost made me pay $18 for some socks bc I didn't have grip socks and know to bring them). Overall the class was good. slow-paced, calm, low-intensity but unique strengthening movements. instructors and desk worker were very helpful and nice before and after class!
