I used to attend many classes at the former BTY Singel and had great experiences, which is why this stood out. In this class, there was very little interaction or guidance, no posture corrections or engagement, so it felt more like following a YouTube video than a coached session. Perhaps the approach has changed over time, but it didn’t feel like it used to. I hope this feedback is helpful, as I’d love to see more of the hands-on approach again.

see all reviewslove coming to sin city! do want to say though recently some instructors are not demonstrating n the bags, or providing technique/skill correction/feedback which youd expect from a class of this price point. Also the weight section not being split into lower/upper body means you can never maximise either and compensate on weight which is a shame.
