Our teacher took her time to guide us as we experimented with different breathing techniques, postures in and out of the hammock, and overall meditation. You can tell how passionate she is about what she does and in a city where most things are fast, a little slowdown and the calmness she radiates, feels like a gift. I had a wonderful time and hopefully will get to book new classes soon.
