Ventilation system
A/C , sliding doors, and windows that can be opened during the evening. We also have a pool for all of our clients to use at their leisure . Such an excellent way to beat this scorching summer heat! It’s also awesome for recovery. It will help reduce muscle soreness, and flush out lactic acid!
Extra sanitation
All equipment and rubber floors will be sanitized between each class
Limited capacity
max 6-9 clients per class
Equipment policies
we provide mats and boxing gloves howver we highly encourage clients to bring their own boxing wraps and gloves
